There are so many interesting bloggers out there! I scroll through my Reader and every second post catches my eye. And most of the ones that catch my eye inspire me to want to write something, so I have lists and lists of potential topics.
But when will I get to them? How do I carve out writing time? The dogs feel neglected, the cats are practically feral, the laundry is piled up and so are the dishes, my lawn is knee-high, and I’m due for a shower.
I am begging you, Other Bloggers: please stop being so interesting!
I know! Such a great procrastination tool! I have a weird question for you, do you ever go to the forks?

Holy crap, are you in Winnipeg, too? Yes, I walk the Fluffy Dog through The Forks most weekends. And I get most of my DJing dresses at Global Connections in the Johnson Terminal. π

Not now but I used to be. And I am super curious if you ever noticed a guy there with a kiosk that sells gemstones? I bought a crap load of his stuff years ago and I still love them.

I haven’t noticed. When I walk through there with the big ol’ Fluffster, I make a definite point of avoiding kiosks. Dog likes to jump up on counters to say hi. You would not believe how hostile people get at that simple, friendly gesture, LOL! But I’ll keep an eye out when I’m there without the mutt.

Thanks! Sorry, I can’t offer a description, it has been too many years. All of this reminiscing is making me crave mini donuts. Damn! And I understand, some people just aren’t dog lovers π

The cats can hunt, the dogs can mooch off the cats, just go shopping instead of laundry. You keep on reading. Lol

I know! So much good stuff to read and not enough time. Sometimes i just have a couple I check in on almost daily and others I catch up on over the weekend.
As far as getting ideas from other people’s blogs, I do that too. I have a lot of topics or partially written posts in my drafts folder. Some I may develop at some point, and others will linger there undeveloped. But it’s useful on a day when I want to post something but am not sure what to start with.
And then as far as finding time – hah! – we can always give up sleeping, I suppose…
